I just finished John Grisham’s latest work, The Appeal.

I always enjoy reading Grisham’s work, and this novel is no exception. Still, rarely would I come back and reread one of his books, like I said earlier this week. However, it is somewhat different to read about courtroom happenings after I served on jury duty last fall.
I really felt, this time, what Dawn said on my previous post: The ending was anticlimactic.
All in all, though, the (slightly less than a) week of light reading was really good for me.

I’m slightly more than halfway through The Innocent Man (I made it past the pictures in the middle!). I’m interested enough to keep reading, but I’m not hooked, either…
