This week’s question is: “What tomes are waiting patiently on your shelves?”
For me, having a stack of books on my shelves that I haven’t read is a recent phenomenon. Before joining BookMooch, essentially, books didn’t pile up on me.
Probably the book that’s been waiting on my shelf to be read the longest (maybe a year and a half?) is Willa Cather’s Death Comes for the Archbishop. It’s on my list, so I’ll get to it someday!

Oh, I’ve got a BUNCH of waiting-to-be-read books! Memoirs of a Geisha, A Civil Action, Pigs in Heaven, House of Sand and Fog…. shall I go on?
I couldn’t make a list–too many. sigh
