I started Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K. Rowling during the read-a-thon, and finished it the next day during the hours when I couldn’t sleep.
I liked that this book had a more complex plot than previous books in the series. And I liked that the Hogwarts students were finally growing up a bit. Someone in my comments during the read-a-thon said this was their favorite Harry Potter book. Better plotline, characters that change and grow? So far (I haven’t read the last two book of the series yet), I definitely concur with that sentiment.
My brief thoughts on previous books in the series.
