It was definitely a dark sort of spoof. You are right that some parts were mildly offensive, but I think it wasn’t too bad over all.

I am a little gun shy of spoofs as well. I usually think they are too much.

I plan to read this one later in the week. I’ll let you know what I think. If it’s too slap-stick spoofy it will probably not be for me.
