Comments about this hour:
My husband’s asleep, the house is quiet, I’m now in pajamas. So far so good — I haven’t even really thought of sleep yet. My eyes are starting to notice, though. I’ll probably take my glasses off for the next bit of reading.

Anyone falling asleep yet?

  1. If you’re in it for the whole 24 hours, beware! Taking off your glasses signals to your brain that it’s time for some shut-eye. How do I know this?

If you’re not in it for the whole 24, then sweet dreams!

Harry Potter seems like a fun read during this Readathon.

  2. I’m in it for the full 24 hours, that’s for sure. I had my glasses off for the last half hour or so, and I didn’t have any trouble; we’ll see how it goes. Thanks for the warning! 🙂

  3. Ah…Harry potter!! One of my fav’s! I am very much wanting to go to sleep – I am debating and hour nap as I right this – my reading is normally slow now it is pitifully much slower!! 🙂 I might try reading a different book…but I doubt that will help!

  4. Aw, sorry you’re so tired! Hope you find the right remedy!

What do you think? I'd love to know.
