Booking Through Thursday: Reading Time

btt2Booking Through Thursday poses two quick questions today: 1. Do you get to read as much as you WANT to read? (I’m guessing #1 is an easy question for everyone?)

Of course I don’t have enough time to read. I also often don’t have enough time to spin, or knit, or blog …

2. If you had (magically) more time to read–what would you read? Something educational? Classic? Comfort Reading? Escapism? Magazines?

I’m noticing the emphasis this question has on magically and taking that to mean that this allotment of more time for reading wouldn’t come at the expense of other important things, right? OK, then. If I had more time to read, I’d read more of the same — literary fiction, books from the Image Journal list, award winners, new books, classics, literary mysteries, mysteries … oh, and sure, some worthy nonfiction.

  1. We just need more hours in our days.

  2. No one has enough reading time, and we all could use more to read what we like. Happy BTT!

What do you think? I'd love to know.
